**Job description**:
Charterhouse is working in partnership with a leading Crypto and Derivatives Exchange, who is looking to hire an Affiliate Business Development Manager to spearhead their growth and brand awareness strategy across the MENA region in collaboration with the global team.
**About the role**
Leading our client’s expansion strategy through affiliate programme management, the BD Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit, onboard and manage a network of crypto affiliates to drive user acquisition and trading volume. The role will require the ability to successfully identify and pursue new opportunities with affiliate marketers, influencers and KOL (Key Opinion Leaders), as well as maintaining relationships with an existing affiliate network.
Additionally, the role will be responsible for performance analysis, monitoring and analysing the performance of affiliate marketing campaigns to measure the effectiveness of partnerships. Our client is looking to hire someone who has experience with performance optimization and analysing performance data, coupled with an analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions.
Working closely with the sales and marketing team, this role will be involved in developing effective promotional strategies, events and campaigns with influencers and key partners to support user acquisition and brand awareness.
**About you**
The role would require staying abreast with crypto market trends and regulatory developments, someone who is passionate about the crypto space would be ideal. Excellent communication skills in both, English and Arabic, are essential for this position.
