Our client is a market leader in the Beauty industry with operations in the UAE and KSA. They are seeking a **Procurement Supervisor** to join their dynamic team in Dubai.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Procurement**:

- Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet the organization's goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

**Supplier Management**:

- Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as quality, price, delivery, and reliability.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable terms for the organization.
- Monitor supplier performance.

**Cost Control**:

- Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings while maintaining product or service quality.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to procurement activities.
- Implement cost-effective purchasing strategies, including bulk buying, negotiations, and supplier consolidation.

**Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations that may impact procurement activities.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise, train, and develop a team of procurement professionals.
- Set performance goals and provide guidance and support to team members.

**Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory levels to minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare reports on procurement performance, and cost savings.
- Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and improvements in the procurement process.
- Set MINI-MAX per SKU

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or business administration.
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in a corporate or a group-level environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems. (SAP)
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
