**### 1. Welder Foreman**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise welding activities on-site, ensuring all work is done according to project specifications.
- **Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings** for fabrication and assembly.
- Strong **knowledge of welding parameters** including material temperature, voltage settings, and calculations for various materials and welding techniques.
- Ensure strict compliance with **welding safety standards** and procedures.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve any technical issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Welder Foreman in the construction or engineering sector.
- **Welding Safety Certificate** is mandatory.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor the welding team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
**### 2. Welder Helper**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist welders in their tasks, including **basic welding, grinding, and measuring**.
- Read and understand **basic technical drawings** to support welding operations.
- Prepare materials and equipment as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Welder Helper.
- Familiar with **basic welding techniques** and tools.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- **Welding Safety Certificate** is required.

- 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
