**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Agent in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Availability to join immediately.
