- Uphold the integrity and quality of financial documents, ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and statutory laws and regulations.

Strategic Partner:

- Act as the primary contact for finance support in leasing operations, collaborating closely with department heads on strategic business planning and decision-making.

Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire the leasing finance team, guiding them through monthly closing processes and fostering a culture of excellence.

**Education & Skills Requirements**:
Expertise Matters:

- Chartered Accountant or Masters in Accounts with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in leasing business, demonstrating your mastery of financial intricacies.

Legally Astute:

- Profound knowledge and experience of Dubai leasing laws and guidelines, ensuring compliance and legal adherence.

Process-Oriented Leader:
Possess strong managerial skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking, driving efficiency and excellence in every aspect of leasing finance.

**Additional Skills**:
Tech Wizardry:

- Familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi or similar platforms, along with experience in new ERP system implementation, adds extra shine to your profile.
