**Lead Creative**

The Lead Creative drives the Marcomms team's creative output from concept to delivery. This pivotal role leads the concepting, scripting, and storyboarding of high-quality marketing assets (e.g., promotional videos, onboard campaigns, key art imagery) for In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) channels, aiming to increase engagement and brand awareness.

You will collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, and the account team, ensuring creative alignment with brand guidelines and Marcomms priorities. This often involves creatively adapting and optimising existing content (e.g., trailers, film/TV footage, key art) for compelling new marketing materials. You will also present ideas, skilfully incorporate feedback, and provide clear creative direction.

**What you’ll do**
- Be the Creative Visionary: Lead the charge in producing high-impact promotional videos and imagery that captivate audiences and drive engagement across all in-flight entertainment channels.
- Own the Brand Story: Ensure every asset reflects our clients' brand identity, working closely with copywriters, designers, and editors to create a cohesive and compelling narrative.
- Drive Production Excellence: Manage the end-to-end production of monthly Marcomms cycles, from concept to delivery, ensuring projects stay on time, on budget, and above expectations.
- Collaborate with the Best: Work alongside talented creatives, account managers, and external partners to bring your vision to life.

**The Role**

**Creative Vision & Leadership**:

- Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director (ACD) and Account Director to define key marketing themes and priorities, translating these into compelling creative concepts and clear visual briefs for internal teams and external partners.
- Lead the creative output for all Marcomms assets, from initial brainstorming and concepting to final execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
- Provide clear creative direction and mentorship to designers, editors, and other team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages strong creative output.
- Present creative ideas to internal stakeholders and external clients, articulating the creative vision, rationale, and strategic impact.
- Skilfully interpret and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine concepts, edits, and designs while maintaining creative integrity

**Concepts & Storyboarding**:

- Drive the concepting and storyboarding process for all Marcomms assets, developing innovative visual narratives that captivate audiences and effectively communicate key messages.
- Create detailed storyboards, mood boards, visual mock-ups, and, where necessary, animatics to effectively communicate creative ideas and ensure alignment across teams and with clients.
- Contribute to script development and copywriting for Marcomms assets, ensuring compelling and brand-aligned messaging that supports the visual concept.

**Design Excellence & Quality Assurance**:

- Oversee the quality control process for all Marcomms assets produced by Spafax and external partners, ensuring adherence to brand standards and production best practices.
- Leverage expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) to develop, refine, and oversee the production of creative assets.

**Client & Project Management**:

- Lead client-facing creative presentations, confidently articulating concepts, design choices, and strategic rationale.
- Lead the end-to-end production of a monthly cycle of Marcomms assets, managing timelines and resources, and incorporating feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage studio time to optimise productivity and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Oversee the process of securing and optimising the best possible pre-existing assets from Entertainment Studios and clients for use in Marcomms content.
- Coordinate the distribution of all Marcomms assets to relevant departments, ensuring proper formatting and adherence to delivery deadlines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for studio enquiries.

**About You**
- 5+ years in a lead creative, art director, or senior creative role
- Mastery of brand storytelling and integrated marketing strategies.
- Skilled communicator, presenter, and collaborator; adept at taking feedback.
- Native-level fluency in English.
- Keen eye for design; unwavering passion for quality and innovation.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate challenging client interactions.
- Experience working with external agencies.
