**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents, ensuring they achieve their sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Abu Dhabi developers, property owners, and investors.
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance.
- Oversee the sales and leasing process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader** in the real estate industry.
- **Valid real estate broker license** (Abu Dhabi Real Estate Regulatory Agency preferred).
- Strong network and relationships with leading **Abu Dhabi developers**.
- Excellent knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful deals.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
