**Position Overview**
We are seeking ambitious and multilingual Real Estate Agents who are planning to relocate from Europe to the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals with sales experience, cultural adaptability, and a passion for property. You will be supported through your transition and empowered to succeed in one of the region’s most dynamic and fast-growing markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent and promote residential and commercial properties to international clients
- Conduct property viewings and provide tailored consultations based on client needs
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors from European markets
- Stay informed on UAE market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
- Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
- Fluent in English; additional European languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch are a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to new environments
- Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi; relocation support may be available
- UAE driving license is a plus (can be obtained post-arrival)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
