We are looking for an experienced and strategic Media Buyer Manager to join our team and lead our media buying efforts across digital platforms. In this role, you will oversee paid media campaigns and manage a team of media buyers, ensuring that strategies are aligned and optimized for maximum ROI. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in media buying, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the MENA market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage comprehensive media buying strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Twitter, TikTok) to effectively reach target audiences
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of media buyers, guiding them in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting goals and staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify media buying opportunities and trends specific to Arabic-speaking regions
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad assets and messaging that align with campaign and brand goals
- Analyze performance data, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for both team members and upper management
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns, ensuring adherence to monthly media spending targets and maximizing ROI
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain innovative and effective campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Media Manager with team management responsibilities, particularly in digital media channels
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring, training, and managing a team
- Analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and media buying platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Twitter Ads)
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and team activities in a remote setting
