**ICWA qualified / CMA**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform variance analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

**Cost Management & Control**:

- Implement cost control measures and monitor cost structures for efficiency.
- Conduct cost analysis for pricing strategies and optimize operational costs.

**Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other tax-related filings.
- Oversee tax planning, returns, and payments for the company.
- Assist with the preparation of tax documents and audits.

**Account Reconciliation**:

- Perform reconciliations for all accounts, including bank, receivables, and payables.
- Ensure accuracy in the general ledger and manage month-end/year-end closings.

**Internal Controls & Audit**:

- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits and prepare necessary documentation.

**Education**:

- CMA/ICWA (Intermediate or Final) certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com/Mcom) or Accounting is preferred.

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or cost management roles.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT laws, financial regulations, and compliance standards.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and tax compliance.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Primary (preferred)

License/Certification:

- ICWA (required)
