Job Title: Civil Project Manager

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on multiple job sites, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
- Proactively respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project duration.
- Prepare detailed reports, including project status updates, financial analyses, and risk assessments, for regular communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, permits, and environmental standards in all project activities.
- Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategy.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies and escalating as appropriate.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, incorporating them into our processes as appropriate.
- Ensure supplies and materials are ordered and delivered according to schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all appropriate permits and licenses from local authorities for construction works are obtained.
- Evaluate and develop risk management strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- PMP or LEED GA certification is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Project Manager or in a similar leadership role in the construction industry.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management.
- Demonstrated success in handling complex civil engineering projects with a proven track record of on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using project management software and relevant engineering tools.
- Leadership acumen with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success.
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex project information to diverse team members and stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials, equipment, systems and construction management processes relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
