**Job Description**:
**Assistant Concierge Manager**

As an Assistant Concierge Manager, you will always lend a helping hand with a smile. Your passion for the property and respect for our guests' belongings will ensure that our guests feel welcome as soon as they arrive.

**What you will be doing**:

- Timely delivery of guests' luggage, messages, and any other items within the property.
- Personalize guests' room orientation in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Maintain a presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to guests.
- Demonstrate the ability to solve guest problems by assisting them and promptly alerting the supervisor of any complaints. Inform management promptly of any complaints, comments, or incidents.
- Manage the pre-arrival experience from the time of reservation until the guest checks in.

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- A service-focused personality is essential, and customer-related experience is an asset.
- Should have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Concierge Manager.
- Holding a UAE Light Vehicle Driving License would be preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
