**Position Title**: HSE Officer - Ready-mix Concrete. As an HSE Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promoting a positive safety culture at our ready-mix concrete production facilities and construction sites. The HSE Officer will collaborate with management, supervisors, and employees to develop, implement, and enforce safety programs, policies, and procedures that align with industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs that comply with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at production facilities and construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with management to establish and achieve HSE goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in HSE regulations, best practices, and technologies.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and working relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the ready-mix concrete industry or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional certification in health, safety, and environment (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA).
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

**Physical Requirements**:HSE Officer must be able to work in various locations, including production facilities and construction sites, and may be required to climb stairs, ladders, or scaffolding. The role may also involve lifting and carrying equipment or materials weighing up to 20 pounds.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
