Procurement Manager

Al Amina Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing of goods and services needed for the company's operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are in line with the company's objectives and budget.
- Source, negotiate and purchase goods and services from local and international suppliers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that they meet the company's standards for quality, delivery, and price.
- Develop and implement supplier performance metrics and monitor supplier performance on an ongoing basis.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures, as well as local, national, and international regulations.
- Manage the procurement team, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their responsibilities.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to identify procurement needs and ensure that they are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies that ensure that the company has the necessary inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory holding costs.
- Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, with at least 1 year of experience in a management role.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
