Graduate - Esg Reports (Emiratization)

We are currently seeking a Graduate to assist with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reports.
**Your new role, what's involved?** Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry-specific ESG trends, standards, and best practices.
- Analyze internal and external data sources to identify key sustainability metrics and performance indicators.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop clear and concise content for ESG reports, ensuring alignment with reporting frameworks such as GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and insights for inclusion in reports.

**Data Interpretation**:

- Interpret quantitative and qualitative ESG data to communicate the organization's impact on environmental, social, and governance factors.
- Translate technical information into accessible language for various stakeholders.

**ESG Reporting Frameworks**:

- Stay abreast of updates and changes in ESG reporting frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the implementation of new reporting frameworks as required.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with internal teams, including sustainability, finance, and legal, to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
- Engage with external stakeholders, such as ESG rating agencies, investors, and partners, to understand their reporting requirements and expectations.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Review and edit ESG reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to reporting guidelines.
- Implement feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of ESG content.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability, environmental studies).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools to enhance the presentation of ESG data.
- Knowledge of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices and frameworks.
