Position Overview:
E-Commerce Sales Head for Juvenile Products, you will be responsible for leading and growing the e-commerce sales division specifically focused on juvenile or baby-related products. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies, expand market share, and drive revenue growth within the juvenile products segment. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the juvenile products industry, strong sales leadership skills, and a proven track record in e-commerce sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored specifically to the juvenile / kid’s products market.

Identify target markets, customer segments, and trends to drive sales growth and maximize market penetration.

Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Team Management:
Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on juvenile / kids’ products, providing guidance, training, and motivation.

Conduct performance evaluations, set sales targets, and support team members in achieving their goals.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key retailers, distributors, and manufacturers within the juvenile/ kid’s products industry.

Negotiate contracts and terms with potential partners to maximize product visibility and sales.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new product opportunities and drive business expansion.

E-Commerce Platform Management:
Oversee the management and optimization of the e-commerce platform(s) specific to the juvenile / kid’s products segment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to enhance the e-commerce platform's functionality and improve the customer experience.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to implement innovative solutions and gain a competitive edge.

Sales Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyse sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour related to juvenile / kids’ products.

Prepare regular sales reports, including revenue forecasts, sales performance metrics, and market analysis specific to the juvenile/ kid’s products segment.

Provide actionable insights to senior management to inform business decisions, improve sales strategies, and drive continuous growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the juvenile/ kid’s products industry.

Deep understanding of the juvenile / kid’s products market, including knowledge of competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a sales team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans targeted towards the juvenile / kid’s products segment.

Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver revenue growth.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, and CRM software.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media, is a plus.
