As the Joinery Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our joinery production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing the joinery production team, including craftsmen, supervisors, and support staff.
- Planning and scheduling production activities to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
- Monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Implementing and enforcing quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Managing inventory levels and procurement of materials and supplies to support production requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as design and project management, to coordinate project requirements and timelines.
- Providing leadership and guidance to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in joinery manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge of joinery production techniques, machinery, and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven track record of managing production operations and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
