**Responsibilities**:

- Lay and align concrete, cement, or brick blocks following specified patterns and measurements.
- Mix appropriate materials (cement, sand, lime, etc.) to prepare for masonry or plastering tasks.
- Ensure high-quality finishes, meeting project standards and timelines.
- Repair, maintain, or restore masonry structures as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other construction team members.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Block Mason and/or Plaster Mason in construction projects.
- Expertise in handling masonry and plastering tools and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physical stamina to work in demanding conditions.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures.
- Valid work authorization for the UAE (preferred but not mandatory if sponsorship is available).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the UAE or GCC region.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of advanced plastering techniques, including decorative finishes.
