We are looking to hire a highly enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Manager for a reputable Textile and Fashion Designing Company to administer all branches of the company. As a Sales Manager you will align the company’s sales strategy. You will oversee that each branch is meeting its targets, and report it accordingly to the COO of the company.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage Sales related operation processes.
- Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of all sales activities.
- Analyze and track overall performance and flag market opportunities
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Top Management.
- Monitor performance of the department on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to ensure revenue growth.
- Work closely with internal (support departments) and to ensure company objectives are met.
- Manage and create a partnership with the company’s key customers
- Test, evaluate, and implement product configuration changes to improve product compatibility with market needs.
- Control budget and expenses in order to ensure compliance with business regulations.
- Asses and define marketing tools to enhance performance of their sales team.
- Identify potential synergies among Mauzan's products portfolio
- Asses training needs to empower sales team
- Provide Mauzan Marketing team with latest market trends and activities of the competitors.
- Ensure that the highest standards of hygiene, dress, appearance, body language and conduct are maintained in each branch.
- Manage the daily roaster, roles and responsibility delegation, leaves and grievances of the branch.
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
- Hold weekly meeting with his/ her sales team members to discuss the department strategy and performance and follow-up on daily operational matters
- Brief and guide the staff on achievement of the daily / weekly / monthly sales target
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management

**Benefits**

**Salary**: AED 'AED 12,000 to AED 15000 Depending on experience

Other Benefits: AS per UAE Law / Company Policy

6-8 years of experience in sales management. Extensive experience in all aspects of Retail Management. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Willingness to travel and visit the retail shops regularly. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
