C&B is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is enthusiastic about design, and able to create visually stunning graphics. the graphic designer will be responsible for supporting all design requests.

Key responsibilities
- Design business cards, hiring posters, certificates, as per requirements.
- Maintain consistent visual branding across all digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with departments to provide support in graphics needed for projects.
- Maintain a cohesive look and feel across all brand touchpoints.
- Daily production of all advertising pieces such as flyers, newspaper ads
- Utilize various graphic software programs to design and produce brochures, ads, flyers for print and for offline
- Must be versed with photography as site visits and event capture is a requirement
- Rework and adapt agency guidelines into new collateral

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing Strategy or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer is ideal.

Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and work well with others and as part of a team

Preferred Computer Proficiency:

- Adobe CC (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop).
- Knowledge of Flash, video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, Hype, HTML, CSS

Technical Capability
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proficiency in Design Principles.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Understanding of print production processes and preparing files for printing.

**Experience**:

- graphic designer: 3 years (preferred)
