We are looking for a dedicated and professional **Medical Receptionist / Healthcare Assistant** to join our team and support both administrative and clinical operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
- Register patients, verify documents, and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Assist healthcare staff in basic clinical tasks and patient care when required.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and coordinate with various departments.
- Support in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Must be certified as a Medical Receptionist / Healthcare Assistant, with proven certification from a recognized institution is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar healthcare role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and medical software (advantage).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
