**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets from multiple internal systems.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business requirements.
- Develop automated dashboards and performance tracking tools using Excel, Power BI, or relevant software.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements through data insights.
- Work closely with departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to understand reporting needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing MIS systems and processes for data integrity and efficiency.
- Support management in decision-making by providing ad-hoc analysis and actionable reports.
- Ensure data security, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.
- Document report generation processes and update regularly.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an MIS Analyst or in a similar data/reporting role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.).
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
