**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality hair cutting, coloring, and styling services.
- Offer professional advice on hair care, maintenance, and trends.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive salon experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair techniques, products, and trends.
- Handle appointments, client consultations, and follow-ups professionally.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a hairstylist or hairdresser.
- Valid hairdressing license/certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Passion for customer service and client satisfaction.
