**Corporate Tax Consultant**

**Position Summary**: The Corporate Tax Consultant will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and services to corporate clients, ensuring compliance with UAE tax regulations, and optimizing tax strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of UAE tax laws, preparation and review of tax returns, and offering strategic tax planning to minimize tax liabilities while supporting business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review corporate tax returns for clients in compliance with UAE tax laws and regulations. Ensure timely and accurate filing.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities. Provide proactive advice on tax planning opportunities specific to the UAE tax environment.
- Represent clients in dealings with UAE tax authorities. Manage audits, inquiries, and disputes effectively.
- Analyze financial statements and other relevant data to assess tax implications. Provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Prepare detailed tax reports and documentation. Ensure accurate and timely filing of all required tax forms and statements.
- Advise clients on the tax impact of business decisions and transactions within the UAE. Offer guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring.
- Stay updated on current UAE tax legislation, policies, and practices. Provide training to junior staff and clients as needed.
- Work closely with other departments and external advisors to ensure comprehensive tax solutions. Foster strong relationships with clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA, CA, or other relevant certification required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in corporate tax consulting or a related role, preferably within the UAE. Proven track record of managing complex tax issues.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations and laws.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
