Facility Management Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced **Facility Management Supervisor **to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facility.
**Responsibilities include, but not limited to;**
- Supervise and manage facility maintenance and repair activities.
- Lead a team of maintenance staff, cleaners, and other facility personnel.
- Ensure that the building complies with all health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee contractors and vendors for specialized facility services.
- Monitor and optimize the use of energy, utilities, and facility resources.
- Respond to and resolve any issues related to the facility’s operation.
- Prepare reports on facility management activities for senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Facility Management Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with facility management software is an advantage (if any)
