**Job Summary**:
The MEP Draughtsman is responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination layouts for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. The role requires strong knowledge of drafting standards, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with engineers and site teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **MEP shop drawings** (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, drainage, etc.) based on design drawings and specifications.
- Develop **as-built drawings** after site execution.
- Coordinate drawings with other disciplines (architectural, structural, civil, interior, etc.) to avoid clashes.
- Ensure all drawings comply with **company standards, codes, and project requirements**.
- Update and revise drawings as per engineers’ or consultants’ comments.
- Maintain drawing registers and documentation for approvals and submission.
- Work closely with site engineers to capture any design changes or variations.
- Provide **technical support** to project and site teams regarding drawing interpretation.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / ITI / Certificate in **Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Drafting** or related field.
- **2-5 years of experience** as an MEP Draughtsman (construction industry preferred).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, Revit MEP, or other drafting software.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and construction practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
