We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Business Setup Advisor** to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key part in helping clients establish their businesses in the UAE, providing expert insights on market entry, legal compliance, and operational setup for both mainland and free zone entities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve monthly targets.
- Sell company products and services.
- Update the CRM (Zoho) and accurately manage each allocated inquiry.
- Ensure detailed and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales reporting, in line with company requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist the Sales Manager, when needed, in training new sales team members on company products and services.
- Offer expert guidance on business setup options, including company registration, licenses, permits, and visas.
- Expand the channel partner and referral network.
- Identify new channels for sales.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Adaptable and proactive.
- Extensive UAE company incorporation and business setup expertise.
- Solid understanding of onshore and offshore company formation.
- Outstanding networking and business development skills.
- Passionate go-getter, capable of managing clients with limited supervision.
- Knowledgeable in using CRM tools (Preferably Zoho CRM).
- Good presentation skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Urdu, Hindi, or German is a plus.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
- 3-to-5 years of experience in company setup in the UAE.
- Motivated, high achiever with a strong network of customers and referrals.
