**Job Title: DESIGNER/DRAUGHTSMAN (Aluminum)**

**Responsibilities & Duties**
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Technical Drawing (3D & 2D) Creation**:

- Produce precise and detailed drawings, blueprints, and schematics for aluminum structures, windows, doors, curtain walls, and other architectural elements.
- Translate design concepts, architectural plans, and engineering specifications into clear and accurate technical drawings.
- Incorporate dimensions, measurements, materials, and assembly details into the drawings.

2. **AutoCAD/3D Design Proficiency**:

- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, particularly AutoCAD, and common 3D Design s/w to create and modify drawings efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that drawings adhere to industry standards, codes, and guidelines.

3. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Communicate effectively to clarify design intent, resolve potential issues, and incorporate feedback into drawings.

4. **Material Selection and Specification**:

- Assist in selecting appropriate aluminum profiles, glass types, and other materials required for the project.
- Provide technical input regarding material properties, finishes, and performance characteristics.

5. **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and validate drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Identify potential design or construction issues and suggest modifications as needed.

6. **Documentation**:

- Maintain a comprehensive library of standard drawings, templates, and design details for future reference and use.
- Document changes and revisions to drawings as projects progress.

7. **Project Support**:

- Support project teams during the construction and installation phases by providing clarifications, revised drawings, and on-site assistance if necessary.
- Address any design-related queries or challenges that arise during construction.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, particularly AutoCAD. Proficiency in 3D Modeling with Sketchup | 3D Studio Max is an added advantage.
- Strong technical drawing skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to aluminum and glass structures.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans and translate them into technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify and address design challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
