We are looking for an experienced and visionary **Chief Business Officer** (**CBO**) to lead and run the company's strategic growth, business development and market expansion efforts. The CBO will play an vital role in shaping the company’s direction, managing key partnerships, and delivering value to stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and maintain a competitive market position.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and mergers & acquisitions.
- **Market Expansion**: Lead market research and expansion initiatives to unlock new revenue streams.
- **Operational Excellence**: Collaborate with departments to improve operational efficiency and optimize performance.
- **Financial Oversight**: Work closely with the CFO to forecast, budget, and monitor financial performance.
- **Team Leadership**: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across business functions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Manage relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in senior business leadership roles, such as CBO, COO, or Head of Strategy/Sales,etc.
- Strong track record of scaling businesses and delivering financial growth.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in market expansion and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
