**Position: Language Trainer**

**Location**: Al Barsha 1, Dubai, UAE

**Languages Needed**:(Russian /Spanish /French or German,)

**Preferred - Russian Teacher**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and bring in new **clients and training contracts** for the institute
- Conduct **language training sessions** for individual and group clients
- Prepare tailored lesson plans and deliver engaging, interactive classes
- Manage the **operations** of the training institute
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued success and satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, or a related field
- Strong **business development** and **client acquisition** skills
- Prior teaching experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently.
- UAE experience preferred but not mandatory
