**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent fluent in Russian to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent at DMAXX Properties, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and representing our clients in negotiations. Your role will involve understanding the needs of Chinese-speaking clients and providing them with exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices and trends.
- Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers or renters.
- Negotiations : Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Documentation: Prepare and review necessary documentation, including purchase agreements, contracts, and leases.
- Marketing : Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and open houses.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process, addressing client concerns and questions promptly.
- Compliance : Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Networking: Build a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and contractors.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, with a strong portfolio of successful sales or rental transactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
