**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update general ledgers, journals, and other accounting records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, VAT filings, and other FTA documentation.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Liaise with Arabic
- and English-speaking clients to gather required documentation and resolve queries.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (experience in an accounting firm is preferred).
- **Fluency in Arabic and English** — both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with financial advisory or bookkeeping services.
- Understanding of IFRS and UAE accounting standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
