**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural specifications, standards, and project requirements.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship for finishing, fit-out, and ID works.
- Identify and report any deviations from the approved plans or specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, highlighting any non-compliance issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of site inspections, testing, and project progress.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for review by relevant parties.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 9-10 years of experience in architectural inspection, with a focus on high-end finishing works and fit-out & ID projects.

**Working Conditions**:

- The position requires regular on-site inspections, which may involve exposure to construction environments.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by project schedules.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
