Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team.
- Handle HR tasks, including attendance, payroll, and employee documentation.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official communication.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with suppliers for procurement.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and resolve administrative issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office assistant, HR, or secretarial role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR and payroll systems is a plus.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
