In this role, you’ll serve as the key financial advisor and strategic partner to the Middle East, South Asia - Asia Pacific (MESA-APAC) regional leaders and teams, linking business strategies to financial objectives. You will be accountable with business teams for the development of MESA-APAC financial Plans, maximizing financial returns, managing risks, and transparently driving business priorities and outcomes for a critical region with revenues of more than $800 million. You will provide detailed analytics and insights on financial performance, trends, and forecasts to effectively support diverse markets, geographies, and agents / partners. In addition, this leader will support the consolidated planning and reporting processes for the broader, $2.4B EMEA-APAC region working with the Executive Vice-President of the EMEA-APAC region and the Head of Europe & CIS Regional Finance.

For such a critical role, you will need to have extensive international financial services experience having preformed a similar type of role and a strong financial acumen. You’ll need to have a proven background of interacting and successfully working with executive management. You must have held leadership roles for a consistent period of time, and have the ability to collaborate, influence and mange diverse, multicultural teams.
