Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant education.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in human resources preferably in the E-commerce industry in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing any requests on the software.
- Support from the on-boarding process to exit an employee.
- Contract Management; Employee File Maintenance; Discipline and Line management support, medical insurance procurement.
- Engaging with heads of department.
- Improving relations between staff and employers.

Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Schedule: 9 hours a day / 5 days a week
