We are looking for a **Sales Associate**to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through program options while gaining hands-on experience in **sales, counselling, and CRM tools**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Advise on academic programs, career pathways, and enrollment steps
- Support lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns
- Keep accurate records in CRM systems
- Assist senior associates during calls, demos, and events
- Prepare reports and track daily conversion metrics

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Education
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about education and student success
- Energetic, persuasive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
