Our team of real estate expert aims to provide seamless property transactions by offering innovative and structured property solutions. Since our inception, we have achieved multiple milestones and covered multiple projects across Dubai.

We are seeking a dynamic and driven **Real Estate Agent** for **Offplan And Secondary** Properties to join our team in Dubai. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the real estate process, from initial consultation to closing the deal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives to identify potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends, property values, and market conditions in Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, including conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and preparing contracts.
- Coordinate property listings and marketing activities, including creating property listings, organizing open houses, and promoting properties through Property Finder.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on pricing, financing, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Representative preferred however, freshers also welcomed.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English; Bilingual is a plus
