**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist skilled mechanics, electricians, welders) with various tasks, including:

- Tool and equipment preparation and cleanup
- Material handling and transportation
- Basic repairs and maintenance
- Cleaning and organizing the workshop
- Supporting preventative maintenance activities
- Operate basic hand and power tools (with proper training and supervision)
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment
- Experience with basic welding, fabrication, or machining techniques

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Repetitive motions, bending, and reaching

**Work Environment**:

- Shop floor environment with potential exposure to noise, dust, and fumes
- May involve working with hazardous materials

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
