**Full job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle **end-to-end recruitment**, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage **employee records**, documentation, and database updates in compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee **payroll coordination**, attendance, and leave management.
- Lead **performance appraisal processes**, including documentation and coordination with department heads.
- Develop and implement **HR policies**, procedures, and company handbooks.
- Address and resolve **employee relations** issues and grievances.
- Coordinate **training and development** programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE **labor law** and HR best practices.
- Support management with **HR reports, audits, and strategic planning**.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 **years of UAE experience** in Payroll, HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of **UAE labor laws** and HR regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office** and HR software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
