1. Ensure the smooth flow of front desk operations.

2. Assigning tasks to front office executives and follow up by assessing the provided checklist.

3. Build a good rapport with all customers to producing excellent feedback and guest satisfaction/customer care.

4. Deal with customer complaints/issues in quickly, effectively and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.

5. Ensure prompt responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding booking, information and patient concern. Keeping a record of the same.

6. Ensure proper response /follow ups for all the enquiries/phone calls and keeping record of the same.

7. Keep a track of enquiry conversion rate.

8. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
