We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Internal Auditor for one of our client. The Internal Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with internal control systems, conducting risk assessments, and providing valuable recommendations for improving operations and governance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
- Evaluate internal controls, risk management practices, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, risk areas, and recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to implement audit recommendations and monitor follow-up actions.
- Stay updated with industry standards and government regulations related to auditing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (CIA, CPA, CISA) is preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in auditing or internal controls.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and governance practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
