As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to the needs of patrons to ensure their satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greeting and Seating Guests**:

- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
- **Order Taking**:

- Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by offering recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
- Take accurate and detailed orders from patrons.
- **Food and Beverage Service**:

- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately.
- Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages.
- Attend to any additional requests or needs of the guests during their meal.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by patrons and report them to the manager if necessary.
- **Table Maintenance**:

- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of tables.
- Clear used dishes and utensils from tables promptly.
- **Up-selling and Promotion**:

- Suggest additional items or special promotions to enhance the dining experience.
- Promote daily specials and seasonal offerings.
- **Billing and Payments**:

- Present bills to patrons and process payments accurately.
- Handle cash and provide change as needed.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to provide seamless service.
- **Adherence to Policies and Standards**:

- Follow all company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage items.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
