Are you entering your final-year in Civil Engineering looking to gain hands-on experience in road design and engineering? AECOM is offering an **Undergraduate - Highways** role, providing practical training, exposure to industry-leading projects, and the opportunity for a full-time Graduate position after graduation.

**About the Role**

As an Undergraduate Highways Engineer, you will collaborate with industry experts, contribute to impactful road design projects, and develop proficiency in essential design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. This role is ideal for ambitious students seeking to build a strong foundation for a career in highways and transportation engineering.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist senior engineers in **scope of work preparation** and **project design criteria**.
- Gain experience in **road design, alignment, cross-sections, and pavement design**.
- Develop **3D modelling and cross-section designs** using industry software.
- Support **technical report writing** and project documentation.
- Stay updated on **engineering standards and local guidelines**.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: Pursuing a Civil Engineering Degree.
- ** Expected Graduation**:2026 (final-year students).
- ** GPA**: Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 2.9 (or equivalent) to be considered.
- ** Start Date**: March 2025
- ** Duration**: 12 months from start date.
- ** Eligibility: As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labor law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.**
