**Job Title: Deep Cleaning and Marble Polishing Supervisor**

**Job Summary**:
The Deep Cleaning and Marble Polishing Supervisor oversees and manages the deep cleaning and polishing operations, particularly focusing on marble surfaces. This role involves supervising a team of cleaners, ensuring the thorough cleaning and polishing of various surfaces, including marble floors and countertops. The Supervisor coordinates with clients to understand their specific requirements, schedules cleaning activities, and ensures the use of appropriate techniques and materials for optimal results. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for training staff, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Supervision and Team Management**:

- Supervise a team of cleaners specializing in deep cleaning and marble polishing.
- Assign tasks, provide training, and ensure adherence to cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Motivate and support team members to maintain high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.

2. **Deep Cleaning and Marble Polishing Operations**:

- Oversee deep cleaning activities, including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing various surfaces.
- Direct the polishing of marble floors, countertops, and other marble surfaces using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Ensure the use of suitable cleaning agents and chemicals to preserve the integrity and appearance of marble.

3. **Client Coordination**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their deep cleaning and marble polishing requirements.
- Schedule cleaning appointments and coordinate with clients to minimize disruptions and meet their expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests regarding cleaning services.

4. **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct inspections to assess the quality and effectiveness of deep cleaning and polishing operations.
- Address any deficiencies or issues promptly, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance in all treated areas.

5. **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Ensure the proper maintenance and functioning of cleaning equipment, including polishers, buffers, and vacuum cleaners.
- Schedule regular servicing and repairs as necessary to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Train staff on the safe and proper use of cleaning equipment and tools.

6. **Safety and Compliance**:

- Enforce safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries during cleaning operations.
- Provide training on the safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Investigate and report any incidents or safety concerns, and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in deep cleaning and marble polishing, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials, particularly for marble surfaces.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges or issues effectively.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to cleaning operations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in cleaning or facility management is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
