**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic **Social Media & Content Manager** to oversee content curation and manage the social media strategies for **FitRepublik** and **StudioRepublik**. This role requires a strong understanding of current trends, excellent project management skills, and the ability to ensure content across all owned channels is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our campaign goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Curate and manage content for FitRepublik and StudioRepublik across all owned channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with external agency partners and in-house teams to develop engaging campaigns and creative assets.
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms, aligning with the brand identity.
- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the marketing goals for both brands.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Oversee the execution of content and social strategies as part of broader marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with campaign objectives and is delivered on time.
- Manage content calendars and ensure seamless coordination between teams and channels.
- **Trendspotting & Innovation**:

- Research and implement innovative content ideas, leveraging trending formats and challenges to boost engagement.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas that resonate with the fitness and wellness audience.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and engage with the audience across all channels to build a strong community presence.
- Address feedback, comments, and inquiries promptly to enhance customer relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or content strategy, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
