**Job Summary**:
As a Tele sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to sell our products/services. Your role is tele calling and closing sales, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will also handle customer inquiries, provide information about our offerings, and maintain accurate records of interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits and features.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and handle objections.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately enter and manage customer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct timely follow-up calls to maintain customer relationships and secure repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
