We are currently looking to hire for the position of Product Development Executive for our manufacturing facility based at Dubai who can sustainably drive value for our brand and our business and implement efficient processes for increasing and maintaining our production levels. The role is central to leading the food and beverage manufacturing business through innovation and ensuring growth continuity.
- Conduct and develop new food products and specifications using the facilities of our R&D Laboratory
- Modification of existing products and samples for customer presentations
- Develops new products from ideation to plant execution for branded and private label products
- Responsible for ingredient sourcing/evaluation, assisting plant trials, initial production runs, internal sensory evaluation of products and final product implementation.
- To demonstrate expert and best in class knowledge of ingredients, formulations and food processing techniques
- Manage the identification, development and production of new products
- Maintain working knowledge of industry trends
- Maintain and verify all production records specifically batch records
- Effectively write protocols, reports and SOPs

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology/Engineering
- 04 - 08 years in R&D and production in Culinary Arts and Food Product Development.
- Basic to moderate knowledge of food regulations with specific emphasis on nutritional labelling, natural food ingredients, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Demonstrated Product Development Knowledge
- Ability to define problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and execute tasks within defined development projects with limited supervision
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast paced, changing environment

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
