The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
**Job Summary**:
As a TikTok MENA Region Live Streaming Information Analyst, you will be responsible for searching and analyzing all information from other social media platforms, news press, or local KOL that is against TikTok and bad for TikTok ecology. You will be responsible for processing this information to ensure that TikTok live streaming events in the MENA region are compliant with TikTok's community guidelines and policies. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that all content is in line with the brand's messaging and image.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor and analyze all information from other social media platforms, news press, or local KOL that is against TikTok and bad for TikTok ecology.
2. Process this information to ensure that TikTok live streaming events in the MENA region are compliant with TikTok's community guidelines and policies.
4. Work closely with other teams to ensure that all content is in line with the brand's messaging and image.
5. Develop and execute a plan for searching and analyzing information related to TikTok in the MENA region.
6. Provide support to other teams in the region on information-related issues.
7. Collaborate with the global TikTok team to share best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
8 Work closely with external partners to ensure that all content is safe and compliant.
**Qualifications**:
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree or above, with over 4 years of relevant working experience in a large and complex organization;
- Proactive, self-starter with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment. Good at crisis management;
- Possess good ownership execution and communication skills, more than two years of policy or project management experience; have the ability to lead complex cross-functional cooperation and conduct difficult dialogues;
- A team player who is adaptable and willing to pitch in to support colleagues and the growth of the business. Work in partnership effectively with people from different disciplines and cultures.
