**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate sheet metal products
- Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal using tools such as shears, saws, and laser cutters
- Operate machinery, including press brakes, bending machines, and welding equipment
- Assemble and install sheet metal parts, such as ducts, hoods, panels, and structural components
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance with company and industry standards

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a sheet metal fabricator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in operating sheet metal machinery and tools
- Strong knowledge of metal types and fabrication techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Welding skills (MIG, TIG) are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
